I only want the illegal aliens to leave, not only illegal Mexicans, any person who is in the country illegally. Mexicans (or any people) who are here LEGALLY, as in they came here and got citizenship, are tottally welcome as far as I'm concerned. But if someone breaks the law they should have to pay the price. Every other industrialized nation enforces their border laws, why is it so bad when America wants to enforce It's laws? |

its not the Mexicans themselves its the fact that the are coming illegally and taking up room in an already fully populated country..and trying to make Spanish a must on signs and other stuff...change stuff that works perfectly fine for us just so they can be more comfortable in a country they came to ILLEGALLY |

I don't think most REASONABLE Americans want Mexicans to go back to Mexico.
Most REASONABLE Americans want all illegal immigrants from any country to go back to their country of citizenship.
There are many reasons for these feelings, including:
1) Illegal immigrant labor is a new-age form of slave labor.
2) Many illegal immigrants do not make very much money, raise several children, and live in inadequate housing. This leads to a terrible environment for a child to live.
3) Many do not have insurance but cannot afford health care straight up. The burden of their emergencies (see #2 above for an example) is usually placed on taxpayers.
4) Many do not contribute to the US's economy. Instead, billions of dollars are sent to foreign lands each year.
5) Schools are funded mostly by local and state taxes. Many illegals do not pay these taxes. Yet, their children attend. Note there is nothing wrong with their children going to school. However, many schools are overcrowded and don't have the funding to expand. Not paying taxes while adding more students only worsens the problem.
There are other reasons. Some are silly, but legitimate. Others are more serious.

Because most of them are here illegally and our getting government benifits when over half of Americans can't even get any assistance, it's not right, I have no problem with them being here as long as they do it legally like everyone else has to. |

not all "mexicans" and not just mexicans...it applies to all nationalities. US law wants them to go back to thier native country IF "they" doesnt have legal papers, no record of entry, overstayed iligally and comitted crimes. even a 5th grader would understand that. |

Well, my question is... how do they actually manage to live in the USA illegally? They don't have SSN's, of course no visa and I heard that employers are being punished badly for employing them. Day to day life in the USA involves having some sort of Identification and illegals don't. I may be ignorant, but how do they live? What happens when they become ill and if they "milking" the US government of benefits, (as I hear) how do they do that if they are ILLEGAL?? |

We don't necessarily want them to go back to Mexico, but we want them to become LEGAL tax-paying citizens. Right now there are MANY illegal aliens (not just people from Mexico) reaping the benefits of our social security and health care systems, yet they do not contribute to those funds in their wages. I think it's wonderful that they can find jobs here in the US, but let's just make them official so it's fair to those of us who pay taxes. |

Because they need to come back here when they learn some freaking English and are LEGAL. i am SO sick of mexicans coming up and saying "habla ingles?" NO I LIVE IN AMERICA. IM NOT GOING TO SPEAK SPANISH IN A ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY. LEARN SOME FREAKING ENGLISH AND COME HERE LEGALLY AND STOP TAKING OUR JOBS! |

because they don't realize that they all came from illegal immigrants themselves- like from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Greece, and if it weren't for all of their grandparents coming over to settle in a new land, they wouldn't be in America complaining!
Mexicans are just starting a new immigration wave and Americans need to embrace it!
Americans don't realize that they are breaking up families when they send only the father back to Mexico- what are the children and mother supposed to do??? It is not fair and Americans need to realize that!!!!! |

cause most seem to be racists and well they do think by like 2020 mexicans will take over america and there are less jobs even though no one is going out and finding jobs in the first place so i really dont know what the big deal is |
