Hola! You know what, I would have to say that Cancun is just slightly cheaper than Cabo right now. But it's a close one. It also depends on where you are coming from in the world.
If you really need to go somewhere cheaper, select Mazatlan or Puerto Vallarta.

you can exchange in almost places if you don´t want go to the bank bring a credit or debit card and you can pay almost with that if you want cash you can take it in any ATM with the regular currency so is a charge of your bank for such service but is very easy... if you go to Cancun is more expensive than Los cabos....
