Xelha, or xcaret, or chichen itsa?

I'm planning a trip to Cancun in march and staying at the dreams hotel for six nights.

I think i want to try and do two excursions, which two should i pick of the three? having a hard time deciding.

Go to Xel-ha and Chichen-Itza. Xel-ha and X-caret are both similar and basically the same thing. Both are ecological parks, but Xel-ha is better.
Chichen-Itza is amazing and a great place to see. It's the ancient Mayan ruins. So, definitely go to Chichen-Itza and then it's up to you what ecological nature park you want between the two, but like I mentioned Xel-ha is the better one. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!!!

CHICHEN ITZA IS A MAYAN ARQUOLOGICAL SITE AND IS NOW ONE OF THE NEW 7 WONDERS XCARET AND XEL HA ARE PRETTY SIMILAR EXCEPT THAT XEL HA IS BIGGER AND FARTHER AWAY

i went to cancun a couple years ago and went to chichen itza. it's amazing, and the guide really knew a lot about the buildings and mayan life. i climbed the ruins and bought some jewelry from local people who were selling things. we also stopped by a sinkhole on the way there-it was stunning, i've never seen anything like it. bottom line, go there. it was fun and interesting.

xel - ha = 10 points natural enviroment, water activities, you will want to stay a long day there, very relaxing AWESOME

chichen itza = 10 points, mayan ruins, walk, very mexican, and culture AWESOME

xcaret = 8.5 points Good Shows, very americanised, now a days very artificial ( waltdisney kind of)
