You sound to be too accusative and mixing up the things.

Nepal is truly super rich in hydropower resources but they don't make efficient use of them because of heavy corruption prevalent in the system. Hydropower generation contracts are awarded to European firms, who though have superior technological know how, charge really high fee. This in turn makes the cost of electricity too high for common man to afford.

The Electronic Engineers and scientists are not concerned with power generation. Power Generation projects are handled by Electrical Engineers and Civil Engineers.

You talk of the merit of the engineers in your country and point your fingers towards India as well. I don't know what do you mean by "got certificates from India". But I can surely tell you that education system in Nepal really sucks. Recently there has been a huge growth in private engineering colleges offering technical education, but most, if not all, are promoted by businessmen whose only motivation is profit. Students are not subject to practical knowledge in most of such colleges. The few who are meritorious just fly away to US/Europe/Australia in search of better opportunities because your government is not doing enough to create opportunities back home.

If you want to save your country, you will have to change the system inside out. Pursuit of money by any means is the only agenda of people right now and this mentality has to change.

Finally Babu Ram Bhattarai can do no such thing as you claim. He was definitely a meritorious student of his time though

Lets wait until Baburam invents perpetual motion machines for electricity generation.
