So Neplease Culture is somewhat similar to Indians as well as Tibetans. People on the mountain sides (espically, Buddhist, Sherpa, Tamang, Gurung) use Chopsticks but people in rest of the country usually use fingers/forks. I am from West side, moved to South- West and i am handy ;)

generally people don't use chopsticks like in china. mostly food is taken with hand (finger). forks are used less but spoon are used more often. they may be made in Nepal but the chances are less.

This will not make sense whether they use or not. You do not need to wonder about the thing made in Nepal coz goods/things can be manufactured/made anywhere in the world.
Of course they (Seldom) use these sticks!!!
please be honest
Nepal shares border with India and china. this is why Nepal is rich in cultural diversity. as per my best knowledge, people of middle and southern part use hands and the people living near the Tibet border use chopsticks. but, migration resulted cultural mixing. these days you can see people using chopsticks even in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
