For, Indians Nepal allows them without Visa............my friends have went there without visa. From Gorkhpur district of UP there is road goes to Nepal ..........form there everybody normally enters Nepal without visa

If you are from India you don't need visa. Any kind of identity card will be helpful during travel.

yeah. but if your thai or indian, you don't need one.
you could get the visa in the port of entry for around USD 40 and be sure to bring a 1 x 1 or 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 picture.

You don't need VISA to go to Nepal. Nepal is my birth place.
I go to India every single day from Nepal till i was there xD
