F4 visaCategory for Nepal?

I am US citizen, filed F4 for my sister in Nepal in July 2003. How long does she have to wait?...

Daredevil	Around a month or two I guess..
Gorkhali	Two months to be exact. However, it's not sure whether she'll qualify or not.
