Normally, it takes some 15 to 17 hours depending upon the road conditions. There are two ways you can get to Kathmandu from Kakarbhitta.
1. Early morning buses (depart at around 4:30am)
2. Night buses (depart around 4 pm)

9 hrs.. they stop in mungling for lunch or dinner for 30 mins. depends on Thankot ...whether its traffic on thankot or not.

Depends... On the type of vehicle you choose. If you opt for public bus then it's 15 hrs. If you take micro bus then its 12 hrs. If you reserve a vehicle, tata sumo or something then its only 10 hrs.
