the price that most second hand cars cost for example Maruti and Suzuki would be a 20000-25000/- NRs.

a first hand car would be a 30000-35000-40000/- NRs

it will be expencive, specialy because there are 100% taxes when you import a new car.
then you will have a real difficult to find one !!! (a second hand car in a good shap it very rare)
insurance will cost you a lot to !!
except if you have a real special trip to do , it will be beter to you to rent a "taxi" for one month or over !
then with this option you don't have probleme as well with the police and army shekpoint.
