You need not go anywhere if u need to enjoy the way u wish. All the necessary infrastructure ( I see these things as infrastructure for enjoyment) is always available wherever you are based.
Secondly with lots of scares about AIDS, Chicken Guniya, Chicken Pox and lots of diseases every where, bomb scares, hurricanes, storms, major accidents, why you need to travel a far-off place just to enjoy and that to at such a young age?
