I do not understand the question clearly. I think there is enough food in Nepal for the people, and it is very inexpensive, but many people are so poor they cannot buy it. There are a lot of farmers ( and farm land is often not the best) in Nepal who have nothing except what they grow themselves and are in great need between harvests. But-- if you are going there as a tourist, there is plenty of food availability and variety in the cities.
