Be aware that June and July are well into the rainy season, not the best time for trekking or maountain visibility. Once you arrive here, any of the tourist hotels or agencies which abound in the tourist area can connect you with trekking opportunities and sight seeing. Just taking a taxi through the capital city offers many fascinating sights, if you are not already familiar with Asia.

Hi!
Thanks for keeping interest to go Nepal. I am curious that what type of travel you are planning for? Adventure, Sightseeing or Mountaineering? it depends on you as I know most people go there to hike and Trekking and some do just sightseeing and photography. So chose the best which fits on you and go for the best!
Good luck!
