Actually Nepal needs its own visa. But if you go to Nepal then you can easily get a visa on entry if you have visa for India. But I want you to confirm where and how, before you to go to Nepal (with India Visa).

Nope, u can't use India visa same as for Nepal. To visit Nepal u need a Nepal visa. I don't think Nepal visa is expensive, its more cheap than India visa.
