Well, Nepal is a democratic country and you have all the right to do anything here if you are citizen. Nomatter what the political condition will be but nepal will always be the worthy country to live in. Nepal has own it's own identity in the world as the birthplace of Buddha and the Land of Highest Peak of the world. So, i guess Nepal is a free world.... However there are some pressure from different country but i think it is a free world.
