No. it is abosutely base less. I have been to Nepal many times. and converted my indian currency to Nepali..I got much...

100 INR(Indian Rupee) = 160 NPR(Nepali rupee).
100 INR(Indian Rupee) = 7.73426 UAE Dirham
100 NPR( nepali rupee) = 4.82940 UAE dirham

so...you can see INR is stronger than NPR

No. It is just the opposite. One Rupee of India is equal to 1.6 Rupees of Nepal. This doesn't change, regardless of the place or time. Nepali rupee is pegged with Indian rupee which means the exchange rate is always the same( IRs 1= NRs1.6 ). For your information, Indian Rupee is easily accepted in Nepal. But in India, Nepali Rupee is accepted only at the boarder sides. Trust me, I'm from Nepal.

absolutely wrong . nepalese rupee is less than indian rupee.
1 Indian rupee = 1.6 Nepalese rupee
Ex. 100 indian rupee = 160 nepalese rupee

simple .in general -multiply any value of indian rupee with 1.6, the result will be nepalese rupee. and divide nepalese rupee by 1.6 to get indian rupee

and remember...exchange rates are fluctuating everyday! so 1.6 may become 1.4, 1.3, 1.5.. and so on
