Is it okay for a Nepali guy to take a foreign girl into his home?
Especially if he's home is also where his parents live. With his relatives as his neighbors? And also it's their tradition that a Nepali guy was to marry someone that his parents will choose for him? Is it gonna be a big deal and cause a misunderstanding and trouble in the family relationship?
It depends from family to family and also to the boy. If a boy can convince his parents about their relationship, it is not a problem. The educated family from city areas welcome the girl little easier than from remote and uneducated family. The earlier way of marriage, arranged marriage by their parents, is changing towards arranged marriage or marriage of girls/boys choice. This concept is changing not only to caste or economic groups within country but also to marrying foreign boy or girls. Hence, there would not be a problem to accept a foreign girl into parents home. However, it might be difficult to foreign boy/girl to adopt new culture and live in combine family as they are not used to the system.
