Yes it is possible but must have all the required visa of these countires.

NO not possible by land coz ONLY NEPALI PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED THROUGH THE "TATOPANI" BORDER BETWEEN TIBET AND NEPAL................However, If U obtain a visa of a ll the countries required U may travel via air.

You can fly from Dhaka to Kolkata by Indian Airlines and onwards to Kathmandu and by road, into China. Check Royal Nepal Airlines and Biman Bangladesh Airlines too. They'll have flights to Kathmandu and onwards some Nepalese or Chinese carrier to China.

If you are taking air route....

Two planes of RA flys form Kathmandu (Nepal) to Honk Kong (China). I am not aware of air route from Bangladesh to Nepal...but i think there is one.
