You can get one at the point of entry - airport or border. It costs 30 dollars (pay in dollars) and you need two passport photos. Tourist visas are for up to 150 days in one year.

You can obtain the visa upon entry to the country as well. Considering that the tourist industry is down in Nepal, it would not be a long line or wait.
