Nepal has not listed any sports as national sports. Football and cricket are the most popular ones but they are not the national sports of Nepal. The traditional and uniquesports of Nepal are 'Kapardi' and 'dandibiyo'. Hence, some people have rumor mentioning 'Kapardi' as the national sport of Nepal but I have not seen any official documents mentioning it as national sport of Nepal.

Hi

We enjoyed modern sports such as football, badminton, cricket, volley ball and table tennis as well as racing each other on horseback.
It doesn't require a large playing areas and the equipment can be improvised. (when I was a small boy I played criket once with a leg of a broken chair and a tennis ball forgotten by a tourist)

Mountain climbing is more for wealthy tourists, for us it is a way for making living for porters and sherpas, we do not see mountain climbing as a national sport.
Mountain climbing fees are essential in the Nepali economy.
Climbing royalties have boosted Nepal’s mountaineering revenues and become a minor cash cow for the Treasury: $800000 a year in climbing permits from Mount Everest alone is not a small sum for a developing country.

A few local indivuals will take a this sport it on the fun side such as running the Everest marathon.

Kabardi is played often by children

I really appreciate Badri's answer most of the time and obviously what he has given the answer is seems quite correct.

Nepal do not have such a National game which other country involves same sport as their national game. We used to play Dandi-Biyo when we were young. Two sticks with vary length. Al most 33% of sorter than long one. bounce small stick with long once and hit away as much as you can.

i m not so sure abt it but my mum says dandibiyo . i think its dandibiyo my mum knows a lot abt nepal
