Where do v get the mobiles for cheap in nepal and smuggled ones?
You may get really cheap mobiles in Nepal but I don't think you will get smuggled ones. Some of the mobile shops (not all) may reduce the price if you buy without bill (shopkeeper cheating on government tax). You may also find cheap and repaired mobile from mobile sale and repairing centres. If you are interested in sale of stolen or lost/found mobiles, you may have to visit evening street shops near new road area.
May be the the mobiles you are buying without tax bill are the smuggled ones. We never know but if you want to be in safe side, buy with a bill.
