Mountain biking is real fun, and November sounds good for that. The place is around Kathmandu valley, and there is a good mountain biking club at Nagarkot (Some 20 Kms from downtown).
Rafting is also great during November, you can easily arrange that after you reach Nepal. Personally, I used a different rafting service, but http://www.raftnepal.com/ seems good.
And hey, never miss bungee jumping. I have been there 3 times, and it is said to be the highest 'natural' bungee jump spot in the world. I forgot the height, but it's reallllly high. See some videos below.

Well, you don't need much advanced planning, just go and stay at http://www.ktmgh.com/ and they will guide you about all these. However, if you really have a lot of money, you may try other big hotels.
I don't think ice sking is possible in November, but, sorry I have never tried that. |

Hello,
Nepal is very good choice for white River Rafting.I been Nepal many times & did couple of rafting in different River Like Trisuli, Kaligandaki etc. yes, bungy Jumping & paragliding & Mountain biking is another adventures sport in Nepal beside Rafting.Though Skiing & Heli Skiing is a new sport in Nepalese Himalayas. Being the home of eight of the highest mountains in the world, Nepal brings out the best of skiing and mountaineering expeditions. The Everest region, Annapurna, Dhauligiri, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Kangchenjunga, the Dolpo regions, and more are all ready and waiting for your on-snow signature. It would take a lifetime of skiing each and every area before you skied the same run twice.
Unlike in the mountainous regions of Europe, skiing in Nepal has not been developed with lifts and lodges. But some high valleys and slopes are ideal or cross-country skiing, for those willing to can) their skis from the nearest trailhead. ‘Vest Nepal, near Rara Lake, and upper Langtang or pasts of Khumbu are less steep than many of Nepal’s near vertical valleys, and could be approached during late winter or early spring. Skis and equipment are not generally nor available for rent in Kathmandu, so must be self-supplied.
For your Complete Adventure package you can Contact Pasang Sherpa at: sales@guidenepal.com they are really very good Service provider Local agency based in Kathmandu Nepal. they will provide you complete adventures sport packages to you. I wish for your wonderful holiday in Himalayan Kingdom.
