I've lived in New Zealand for close on 50 years and from what tourists have told me (including them Aussies that live across the ditch) our country can't be beaten for its beautiful scenery, rugged terrain, adventure activities, and unspoiled beaches. They have also said that you can walk for miles and not see another living sole in some places, unlike overseas where everyone is packed in like sardines in a tin. When you think about it, the population of Sydney, Australia is 4,297,100 whereas the population of New Zealand is only a mere 4,115,771. |
