I've just checked out the website of relaxing journeys and think that you could do better.
It sounds as though you need to take what is termed a "Thrifty Tour". These are sold and run by the two nationwide coach carriers (essentially they are the one company). Check out Newmans and Intercity.
Relaxing Journeys operates in exactly the same manner that I used to when I ran my own tour company. There may be nothing wrong with them - they may even be superior to my other suggestions, but I don't know. You'll have to take a chance on that one, unless someone else answers who has first hand knowledge of this company.
