I lived in chch 1991 when it snowed in the city and the whole city and schools shut down - that was a hoot.
My brother lives in Rangiora - guess you will all be feeling it soon.
Just to rub it in, I go to the beach everyday of the year here in Cairns to go swimming.

Me? Not personally. But my young children have been waiting for snow. They are so excited and on every very cold day ask If today Is the day It's going to snow. I dont mind cold days, but when Its wet and freezing. All I want to do Is curl up In my blankets and not be bothered by anyone. Im from Rangiora, 20 mins out of Christchurch.
