Can anyone tell me how much does it cost to live in Wellington? I am goin to stay there for 3 months.....?
I would stay there for the coming 3 months. I prefer staying alone, a room and a bathroom for myself.
It will vary depending on if you would prefer to live in the cbd in a very flash appartment or if you would live in the suburbs around Wellington.
Wellington can be very pricy but I guess it all depends on what you say is expensive.
I would suggest living in the cbd if you can afford to then you are walking distance to EVERYTHING or if you can afford public transport or have a vehicle then live in Island Bay is nice and cheaper that the city.
Good luck!!
bring lots of warm woolies too its freezing in Wellington and very very windy!!
It is not nick named Windy Wellington for nothing!!
New Zealand is beautiful though.
Best wishes!

Maybe rent for a central flat on your own $200-250 a week. NZD Much more for a nice place. But it could be difficult to find somewhere for just 3 months. You may need to go for a serviced apartment which could be more.
If you just want a room in a flat then it could be much less.
Food $50-80 NZD a week.

Are you renting a mansion or a dumpy apartment? It will vary depending on what you plan on living like. DUH
