Is it good to travel with infant, how r d medical facilities?

Work permit: No problem, get an offer of employment in a shortage area or cluster, and you're cruising.
Cost of living in Auckland: With family, make sure you get $60.000 minimum before taxes. That'll leave you with about $3000 a month, which is exactly what it takes.
Salary in your area of expertise should be about that till up to double that figure, depending on employer.
Infant travel, medical facilities: Top notch, no worries.
Spouse's work if you're on a work permit: Yes, and she'll likely be allowed to work anywhere she wants, while your work permit may be bound to one specific employer for a while.
