Stay in Australia, we have enough bludgers without adding to them. Not welcome. Why don't you get a job?

!!Red!!
you should be able to get within 6 weeks... that's the stand down period. However there are some circumstances that may see you receive a benefit sooner... they also offer you accommodation supplement, food grants of up $200 (which you do not pay back) provided you show proof of where your money has gone. There is alot of other things that you could claim also proved again that you show proof of where your money has gone.

Good luck with the big move home away from home!

Jenstar
I'm pretty sure the stand down period before you can get any benefits is 13 weeks, not 6.
