Yes all flouridated.
No chlorine taste, tap water is just fine until you taste it filtered and then you go and get a filter yourself because it no longer tastes fine without one. |

i think all the cities are fluoridated, and the towns to. Our showers smell like nice warm water, def no chlorine, unless you want to bathe in a swimming pool... I read somewhere that NZ tap water is the cleanest in the world. |

Im pretty sure most cities have flouridated water. Doesnt smell like chlorine; Even in the big cities the water isnt that bad.
Comparing to cities like Los Angeles and New York were i tried the water ours is very good! |

Our city and town water is fluoridised, alas. Chlorine is less of an issue, except for swimming pools where it wreaks.
Some cities have better/cleaner water supplies than others; and even within them, there can be variables between 'hard' and 'soft' water. Depending on how it's sourced. |

Fluoride yes, chlorine no. NZ tap water is safe, but you can buy a filter to fit on your tap. Or a filtered jug. |

Christchurch has no fluoride or chlorine.It is lovely water and I take full advantage and drink a lot of it. |

A few years back, Marton and New Plymouth were 'famous' for the taste of the town water. I don't know what it's like now.
All major towns have fluoridated water and most water schemes have chlorinated water.
Some smaller rural and urban water supplies are not a pure as water should be, but nothing that a charcoal filter at the tap won't fix.
All domestic water, as far as is known, is drinkable, but some more drinkable than others. |

Yes - they usually dump it in at night so it's got time to dilute into the system.
& Yes - depending on how much they dump in!!! Some councils used to do a triple dose on Friday nights to cover the weekend. |
