I think you are being melodramatic, and no, I don't agree. After all, Australia is the biggest export market for manufacturer's in NZ. Without that, NZ would be a much poorer country.
Look at the $5 Million dollars that was raised in NZ for those who lost everything in the bush fires. In addition, we sent about 50 fire fighters there to assist. As it is, those 50 could be required here in an emergency, so sending them wasn't without risk to ourselves.
There are many other instances of co-operation between NZ and Australia, including in sports, so I think you comments lack foundation. |

Uhh no! Lol we don't really HATE you, but its just annoying when people from other countries think that NZ is part of Oz, or that we have the same accents or something......
And c'mon, its not like you guys dont have a few kiwi jokes~
We just like to battle it out in rugby games and cricket, but you know that if another war came up or something, we'd be fighting alongside you ;p
And if NZrs wish you guys had never existed, why are so many of us moving over there?!?! Meh.. |
