Does anyone know of a good volunteer organisation in Kerikeri, New Zealand?
Try the R.S.P.C.A. as they have 230 Million sheep and I know what the Kiwis do to them that should keep you busy.

Yeah Gidday,
Two answers so far - one most unhelpful, the other not much cop (ha ha) either. There are only 47 million sheep in this country, but the other answerer is an Ozzie and he don't know the difference between his place and ours.
This question should have been posted in "Auckland" or better still "NZ other" as people who visit the Queenstown page are less likely to be familiar with the far north.
Fortunately, I can answer this.
Try contacting the Citizen's Advice Bureau in Kerekeri, their address will be in the phone book (link is below).
The Department of Conservation in KK also runs programmes in kiwi counting and habitat control for volunteers, again check the Northland phone book.
If you have particular skills, you may like to try the Fire Brigade or the Ambulance, but a good place to start would be the CAB.
