You need to buy some chicken breasts and vegetables of your choice. Here in Australian supermarkets we can buy a packet of maggie chicken chaucer mix and it has a recipe on it also added to the mix is water and a tablespoon of tomato paste and you put it all in a casserole dish and cook in the oven for about an hour checking it from time to time make sure its not dried out Mmmmm delicous. Or you can look in the supermarket at other sauces maybe a jar of Chicken tonight and add that with your cut up chicken stir fried with onions carrotts and other veg cooking until tender.
