And a Happy and Properous New Year to you too.
I'm all Xmased out so it's a quiet night in with a DVD - Little miss Sunshine. Tomorrow I'm off to spend the day with my family, we'll be having a BBQ and a few drinks.

All the best to you and your family, here's to a great year 2008

HNY, Commodore

Just spent several hours entertaining children at the NY party here in Otago, then watched the fireworks from the bridge, and now still up (yikes it's past 3 am!) trying to wind down enough to go to bed...

Hoping to sleep in tomorrow and if it's nice in the afternoon go for a walk and/or a swim. Alternately, if it's raining then work on important papers I've been avoiding since Christmas break.

I'm still up...
happy 2008
=)

I plan to sleep. I've had a rubbish day. If you really want to know, you can read my last question. I'd rather wake up refreshed thanks.

I hope you have a good one though.

EDIT- Thanks, I'm going to the beach today so hopeful it'll prove. Same to you =]

thanks Commodore - I'm a bit late replying
Happy 2008 to you.
I was working until 10.00 and then visited my ex husband to see videos of our grandson.
Amusing thing is, we've been separated for 4 years but it's the first new year in 30 years that we have actually seen in together because he was always working NY's eve

Thanks and the same to you. I was knackered so I didn't see the new year in. We're having a turkey dinner and enjoying a Southland summer day.
