Turn off the hot water heater and use cold water to bath with and wash clothes in.
Stop watching TV
Eat ready to eat food
and many other things but honestly if you do have a hot water heater then be sure it is insulated well to save the heat and cost less.
Use mostly cold or Luke warm water for your laundry. Rather than using a clothes dryer try hanging them to dry. Replace all incandescent lamps with lamps that operate much cheaper. Keep the temperature of the home lower and put on a sweater. Use the air conditioner only when really needed.
A start and you might think of others.

Get out of the house more so you don't have to stay at home and use the electricity. If not, use candles.
