You can't, that's a free call within NZ and for overseas you would have to get their regular number, it would be something like
05 4948736. (Area code + local 7 digit number) Then you knock off the 0 and add 0064.
Within NZ you can't fax to 0800 numbers either, there is a separate number for faxes.

You need to put 00 64 in front of the number. This is the International Dialling Code for New Zealand. Not sure if 0800 numbers will work though. Don't use 0044. That is the dialling code to ring the UK from overseas

0800 numbers are free to the caller within NZ only.
Some businesses have an 0800 fax number separate from their voice number.
You'll have to find the regular number, look in the online phone book at the URL below, then dial 0064 then the area code (without the 0), then the 7 figure number.

However, I am almost certain that you can not call 0800 numbers outside the UK.
