How long is the visual arts degree at the university of fine arts at Victoria, in Wellington, New Zealand? |

I have a friend who's sister did fine arts at the Polytec in Wellington, but as far as I'm aware they don't do fine arts at Vic. My friend is doing design at Vic and it will take her 3 years. My other friends are doing Architecture and that takes 4 years. A regular BA will take at least 3 years.
If you go on the website and see what level the courses go up to. If you can see for example a paper called 305 etc, then you'll know it's a 3rd year paper. If there are papers with the first number of the code that are higher than the 3 (i.e 511) then you'll know it'll take you 5 years etc.
I just did a search on the Vic website for 'visual arts' and it didn't come up with any subject. Do you want to post the link and I'll have a look for you?
If no, I'm sure there will be a contact number you can ring.

I don't think there is anyone in NZ thick enough to want to do such a waste of space degree. I think you can pick up those sort of degree's from the back of the Weetbix packets. |

normally an arts subject takes 3 years to complete unless you fail and have to retake course. If I'm wrong, it's definetely four years then. btw, you can always phone, email etc. them |
