I'm desperate.........New Zealand?
I have two question about New Zealand.
1) If a multinational company wants to open an office in New Zealand, is it required that it have a New Zealand shareholder(s)? If so, how are the shares divided amongst them?
2) What sort of leadership style is common in New Zealand?? Additional Details I forgot to include organizations. I meant what leadership is most prevalent in New Zealand organizations.
A NZ registered company can be fully foreign owned. A minimum of two shareholders is normally required but you can now start a company with one person.

The most common style of leadership is Manager, General Manager or Managing Director. Most New Zealand Companies are small business with 2-6 employees. They would normally be run by a manager.
If you need help setting up a NZ company let me know. You don't even need to be in NZ to do it, you can do it all online
