A company should be ready to offer a job to you. But most of the companies dont do that and without a job offer, you cannot get a skilled migrant visa. Best way is go to australia and then move to newzealand.

sneak in a big piece of luggage... hide there until u land (bring some snacks it might be awhile) then once the plane lands sneak out and ienjoy life! If they catch you, make a fake passport that says "I live here" with yiur picture above it... good luck
