Unless you have a great deal of money behind you, $25 per day is not enough to sustain you in NZ.

I was a recruitment specialist in New Zealand and most of the job applicants I dealt with were immigrants. My very best advice to you is to improve your English skills. The New Zealand job market is very unforgiving when it comes to imperfect English.
I left that job to go to University so I could become an English language teacher.
The recruitment specialist job broke my heart every day. I couldn't place incredibly well-educated and intelligent people into the most menial jobs. I had desperate job applicants crying & pleading with me to get them work, & I cried with them because I couldn't do anything to help.

I beg you, as wonderful as my country is, please don't go there unprepared.

If possible, take lessons with a native English speaker who specialises in every-day conversation rather than working from a book. Although people from India generally speak good English, you tend to use some old-fashioned phrases that will surely mark you as 'foreign'. It's the same with people from Russia.

I hope I haven't offended you because that's definitely not my intention. I'm trying to help and be honest. I just want you to be fully prepared and aware of what you may step into.

I wish you all the very best for a wonderful future.

Come to WHAT country? USA? You don't want to come HERE...they will give you a gun and send you to fight the al quaida....that's a pre-requisite for immigration now.

You only want to make $25 a day? Our homeless people make more than that. I make $25 an hour as a mail handler.
For $25 a day, we need more ditch diggers. But that might be to high for your standards. Our minum wage is $5.25 an hour.
