i went there 2 yrs ago & I fell in love with it & wonder how God's creation is so nice there.
i love the scenery although i hv to drive few hrs to reach from one place to another but during the journey there, u can get to c beautiful scenery, lakes (wow..fascinating the lakes looks like a sea to me). when i went there it was early summer but it was cold & was a bit disappointed as i cant find any snow but as we drove to Milford Sound..wow..we did found snow !
although it has been 2 yrs, but indeed it is a beautiful country rich with natural beauty ! |

I live in New Zealand but I have a few friends from overseas who have come and gone.
The one comment that comes through from all of them is that they can always find something to do to match their needs. If they just want to chill, everywhere is close to the beach. If they are up to something with a bit more action there is everything from bungy jumping to off-road driving etc.

Hi, Im a Kiwi, I live in Auckland which is a great place. I have just been for a coupe of holidays the first was down south Island in Dunedin, such a beautiful place but very cold during winter (its Autumn at the moment). I have also just been right up to the top of the North Island Cape Reianga, lovely views up there. I stayed in Russel and just lovely scenery.
There are a lot of great surf beaches here and sight seeing.
