IF I FLY TO AUCKLAND LEAVING THE US ON 11/20 WHEN WOULD I ARRIVE?

Dookie is correct but there could be a 2 day step if you left around midday and just snuck into the consecutive day following. Another small point to note in NZ we define dates by DD/MM/YY so the 11/20 (20th November) would be defined as 20/11 in NZ.

dookie
Ive done this flight a few times, New Zealand is basically a day ahead. If you leave the US on 11/20 its already 11/21 in New Zealand and the flight is around 12 hours (assuming you are flying from Los Angeles) so it would be 11/22 in New Zealand when you arrive.

If you leave LA on an afternoon flight to Auckland non-stop you will arrive on the morning of 11/22. This is because you cross the International date-line and therefore lose a day.
