Is the sunshine coast a good place to live in ?
the sunshine coast in Australia ... any body knows about the university ? is it from the best ? is there many cultures or not ?
It may be a bit of a generalisation but a lot of Brisbane people prefer the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast has too many tourists and is therefore more expensive. Sunshine Coast is beautiful and the hinterland is just wonderful. Plenty to do and still only a couple of hours at most to Brisbane or Gold Coast. University is great although it is a reasonably newish university in the scheme of things. Like most places in Australia there are very diverse cultures on the Sunshine Coast.

great place to live and the Uni is really good - they are open to all cultures with great help from their campus and locals.
hello :)
I went there for holiday last year. I'm not so sure about the university but it sure is a very nice place! It was rather quiet when I went in December and all I know is that there is a Christmas Boat Parade annually in the beginning of December at the Mooloolaba/Mooloolah River. I like Sunshine Coast a lot and I think the people who live there must be very happy. There are also many things to see and do there, like the Glass House Mountains and the Australia Zoo. :) <P.S. The only university I know of is the James Cook University near Cairns.>
