Moving to New Zealand?

So last year I went travelling round New Zealand and absolutely loved it and now I am hoping in about 2 years to move there! Does anyone know if there is a website I can keep an eye on for jobs and skills that are needed in NZ. I may start off doing standard travellers jobs like grape picking and bar work but I'm thinking I may want to be a lecturer eventually (I have my Masters and am considering doing a PhD) so which are the best uni's in NZ? Dunedin or Auckland? Or someplace else?

Anything else anyone wants to tell me about moving to New Zealand would be great. I need a few years to save up but am trying to get as much info as possible right now!

Thanks
Additional Details
I actually want to lecture at a Uni in NZ rather than take a course there as I already have a Masters and am trying to gain some experience teaching in higher education here in London whilst I save up.

As for what made me fall in love with NZ, it was a mixture of the scenery and the people, everyone I met seemed more laid back and friendly than in London - here everyone just rushes around and doesn't seem to appreciate the good stuff around them!

Another great guide on everyday life in NZ is http://www.justlanded.com/english/new_zealand it explains things in plain English, applying for visas, education, working or as an international student etc….

Dunedin is the place for cheaper living while at Uni, but very cold in the winter. Auckland is expensive no matter what.

I'm kiwi and also love new Zealand. I love coming home after being away and having the chance to share my country.

The hawkes bay is good for orchard and some Vineyard work.
Otago is stunning and has lots of Orchard work.
Nelson has some vineyard work.

You'll probably want to look into immigration stuff and Visas - It can be quite hardcore. The more qualified you are - obviously the easier to get in! : )

Our Main Uni's are in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
It depends on what course you're wanting to do and what sort of lifestyle you want. What was it that made you fall in love with NZ?

Anyway all the best
