I am going to be driving through New Zealand for 2 weeks and want to make sure I get a reliable car. I've noticed Ace Car rental is significanly cheaper than the big companies. Are the cars they rent reliable? |

The car will probably be and older type vehicle, (5-6 years)I have rented from them and had no problems. They stand behind their cars but if their is a problem they do not have the same amount of offices as the big players so a replacement may take longer |

I have used Jucy Rentals and found it to be extremely cheap and the El Cheapo car I used was great and did not miss a beat during my week long journey around South Island of New Zealand. You can try them also |

I would recommend Apex car Rentals NZ, and yes I did work for them(Apex) ,and I do know Ace , the thing you have to watch out for is insurance rates, the cars you where quoted on ,how old are they and how many km's are you looking at?
