QLD RULES

Since the Economy is turning to Shid, Should we stop letting Kiwis into OZ?

Since the Economy is turning to Shid, Should we stop letting Kiwis into OZ?
Lets be honest hear why should a local born Aussie have to compete with a Kiwi for the same job in AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!?

It should be an Australian right to have priority over any Nzer in these VERY tough times.

Because in Nz the situation is so much worse they have been in Recession since Dec of 08 we in OZ are on the verge of a Recession.

I know some Aussies have a soft spot for Kiwis but you wont be saying that if Kiwis from NZ flock to OZ and get local jobs ahead of say your own fellow Aussies who will Unemployed and maybe on the street.

What do u think?

People like you (stuck up, loud mouth, obnoxious aussies) are the reason there is such a conflict between Aus and NZ, keep your opinion to yourself. If you dont like it there any more then...bugger off, "mate"

Theres a reason why a kiwi might get a job over an aussie, just think outside your own head for a bit, its called qualifications, and experience, or even just personality might help.

FYI you cant blame your economy on kiwis, it was **** before as well.

In fact, there are more Australians living in NZ than there are Kiwis in Australia. So the reverse is true too. Why restrict the choices of either nation.

And as for why Kiwis may get jobs over Australians, well that is because Kiwis will actually get the job done. Australians seem to do everything on Australian time which is a bit like Fiji-time in Fiji. You have to ask them several times before they'll work and then its not up to scratch.

I say this a little bit tongue in cheek, but also alot from personal experience. Australians are just a bit too laid back, which is good for personality, but not so good for work ethics.

We New Zealanders go to Australia because you guys are too useless to do your own jobs. But instead you want to get your country into debt.

Kiwi's going to Aussie for jobs because it's tiny here and there's p!ss all decent jobs left here for us to maintain our families after the asians, poms, americans, indians, and aussies have a dip into our options.

Have you forgotten how big NZ is compared to Australia. Come on.... There's plenty of room for a few extra Kiwi's.

x Spitz dogs are number 1 x
No way,we're like sister countries and I like the agreements we have between NZ and Oz.I think you should be looking at the people from overseas that fills up your country! (Italians,Indians,Asians and who knows what else) not Kiwis gosh!
