Very worried -- is the www.cheaphotels-rates.com booking web ok ?

I booked 3 nights from them a couple of days ago but now I want to cancel 1 night of my booking. Have been trying to contact their Customer Service these days but only got a reply by e-mail that their representative would contact me within 24 hours -- which they never do. I am now quite worried. Should I call them direct and the hotel I booked as well to make sure all are all right and it's not a scam ?

Thanks everybody !! Have confirmed with the hotel and get everything straight. Wotif. com you recommended has a good room rate but it only allows booking 28 days in advance. I want to book earlier than that -- at least 1.5 months beforehand. Just wonder if there is any web similar to wotif that offers a good price but allows booking more in advance. Again thanks to everybody !

Call the hotel DIRECT and explain the situation - I am sure they will see you right.

Edit - try http://www.roamfree.com - I've just seen it new on billboards advertising..... It looks great
