Wellington.Will this be enough? |
A friend of mine will be earning 2700NZD a month tax free in wellington.She won't be paying for rent but only for utilities.She also won't be driving but at the same time she will need to spend money on transport.
The figure i mentioned is tax free and it comes out 31,000 a year approx |

That would be heaps of money!! - not paying rent she will be fine.
bills like phone, power, internet shouldn't be more than the equivalent of roughly $40-$50 a week, from the figures you mentioned she'll me taking home almost $520 a week
food should/could be anywhere from $50-$100 a week for a single person and i wouldn't think she'd need to spending much more than maybe $30 a week max (as long as she won't be taking taxis all the time) on transport
- so at worst, utilities food and transport aside she'll still have $350ish leftover each week, if i were her i'd then be saving about $200 a week |
