Otherwise, a reputable organisation like NZMCA (google it), the Motor Caravan Assn. Some of their members are doing this all the time.
The orchardists association, also the Civil Service often require a short term place for Police, Customs, Justice, Tax personnel (etc) for staff on secondment to cover leave and special duties. Their office will provide for the responsibility of their staff.
