It'll be mild with some cooler days/nights. You'll probably wear long pants/jeans and often have a sweatshirt or something. It'll rain more than in the summer. Still fine enough to have a holiday but be prepared for '4 seasons in one day' with different types of clothing, and have a back up plan if you were planning doing outdoor activities.

auckland weather has 4 season in one day there ,,,, winter starting there then ,, but still warm 10 16deg maybe but bring your coat

In May the average Hi is 68 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 55ºF. In June the average Hi is 59ºF with an average low of 48ºF.

it would have been best to have gone to auckland in january or february. its summer during that time so its nice and warm and theres lots to do. may is alright but in june it starts to rain a lot.

warm enough to wear t-shirt and jeans and a jumper for evenings . dont forget some rain cover !
