Whats New Zealand like to live in? in Regards to Housing, food, jobs, oportunities, etc, please help AUSSIE??

Hi, I am a 18 year old girl in Australia, was wondering what it was like to live in New Zealand in regards to Getting job oportunities, what it takes to set up a buisness, whats the food prices like, what the people are like really?
