well a poll came out today, showing vote intention. The National Party (dropping to 40 odd %) had the highest percentage followed by Labour 38% going up, Green Party 8% (stable), Maori Party 3.5% (going up) and finally NZ First (going down) who has taken a big drop as their leader Winston Peters is being investigated for not declaring funds. If this was the final result, a pact between Labour, Green and maybe (big maybe) Maori Party would be the next NZ Government. Labour has been in the Government since 1999, always on coalition Governments.

Doesn't matter who is in power. Things never change that much.
Same problems as most of the world has in most sectors and industry.
Probably be a National government with a coalition.

Grant M
Definitely this year, almost certainly a coalition, probably National-Maori, but don't rule out Labour-Maori -Green.

The two main parties are very close economically so don't expect too much change there. Labour have a more independent foreign policy.
